These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") specifically govern the Extended Warranty provided by Dialock LTD, a locksmith service company based in Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Extended Warranty is an optional, additional service purchased by you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") and supplements our Standard 1-Year Warranty. By purchasing an Extended Warranty, you agree to be bound by these specific T&Cs.
1. Extended Warranty Purchase and Duration The Extended Warranty provides coverage beyond our standard one (1) year warranty period. Customers may purchase an Extended Warranty for an additional 2, 3, 4, or 5 years, commencing immediately after the expiry of the standard 1-year warranty.
The Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of the original service invoice or within [e.g., 30 days] of the original service completion date.

6. Making an Extended Warranty Claim To initiate a claim under your Extended Warranty, please contact Dialock LTD by phone. Our current phone number can be found on our website at www.locksmithservice.ie. Please be prepared to provide your original invoice number and details of the issue. We will then arrange a convenient time for a technician to visit your property. The applicable call-out fee (as per Section 3) will be payable at this time.
7. Resolution of Extended Warranty Claims Upon validation of an Extended Warranty claim, Dialock LTD will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts or rectify the faulty workmanship. Labour and parts costs (excluding the call-out fee) for valid claims will be covered by the Extended Warranty.
8. Transferability of Extended Warranty The Extended Warranty is fully transferable to a new owner of the property where the original service was performed. The new owner must notify Dialock LTD of the change in ownership and provide a copy of the original invoice for the warranty to remain valid.

10. Our Liability Our liability under this Extended Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or rectification of faulty workmanship, as described in Section 7. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or services covered by this warranty.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Amendments to Terms Dialock LTD reserves the right to amend these Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time. However, any such amendments will not affect the terms of an Extended Warranty already purchased and active.
